Exchange Policy​​ - Your satisfaction is very important to us. The only exception for a replacement of your item is if it arrives defective, damaged or if you've received the wrong item, please contact us immediately after receiving the item by visiting the "contact" page, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Most items are made to order. Please allow 5-8 business days for your order to be made. ​Once item(s) have shipped, Fernie & co is no longer responsible for any lost or stolen items or packages.​ Items shipped and delivered by USPS. A tracking number will be provided once product ships. ​Shipping only to the Unites States at this time.
