Exchange Policy​​ - Your satisfaction is very important to us. Most items are made to order. Please allow 5-8 business days for your order to be made. ​Once item(s) have shipped, Fernie & co is no longer responsible for any lost or stolen items or packages.​ Items shipped and delivered by USPS.
